Terms and Conditions

Please read before booking an appointment

  • Located at Gildhouse Suites 304 Gallatin Park Dr Suite 106 Bozeman MT 59715

  • All bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit which will go towards your services.

  • All appointments can cancelled/rescheduled due to weather or road conditions at anytime.

  • It is recommended that you ADD ON one of the available packages to assure that you get the most quality services. However, if you don’t PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN, PRODUCT FREE, BLOWN-OUT HAIR

  • Braiding hair is available for purchase in the following colors: 1b, 4, 6, 27, 30. Other colors will need to be purchased separately with the braiding hair link I provide once you book an appointment.

  • Other hair for styles other than box braids is to be provided by the client. However, I can help with recommendations.

  • Please arrive with your hair de-tangled/manageable. Please no small and tiny braids that take more than 2 minutes to unbraid. I suggest you bring a silk scarf or du-rag so you can wrap your hair before you leave your appointment...especially when the weather is rainy, snowy, or humid.

  • There is a 24 hours cancellation policy and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancelling your appointment without rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.

  • Appointments can be transferred one time and deposit will cover one transfer. To reschedule, go to the original booking confirmation email. It will allow you to reschedule if there is an available appointment. To cancel appointment, go to original booking confirmation email. Cancelling your appointment without rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: There is a mandatory cancellation if you do not arrive to your appointment within 15 MINUTES of scheduled appointment time. You will be charged 100% of the remainder of your balance as an inconvenience fee which will automatically be charged to your card and a forfeit of your deposit. This must be paid before you can ever book another appointment.

  • There is NO waitlist or cancellation list. Please continue to check any available openings via my website.

  • I accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards through Square.
